Therapeutic Relaxation

Dublin born Sandra began her early massage career in Melbourne Australia in 2001 and it was there she developed her passion for healing the body naturally, working in some of Australia’s most luxurious spas. Sandra then moved to London where she perfected her bespoke holistic approach and went on to study Nutritional Therapy at the College of Natural Medicine. Sandra is also a trained Reiki practitioner and her treatments are intuitively tailored to the individual needs of the body while providing a safe and supportive space to relax and unwind.

  • Sandra is an excellent masseuse, her personality and the relaxing environment make the whole experience a brilliant de-stresser from reality! I will continue to recommend her to anyone that asks, even if it is making it more difficult for me to get appointments!
  • 10/10. This is my second time with Sandra. Her technique is brilliant, her hands are strong and she can relax and work on my sore areas at the same time. Communication and feedback during the session is also very good and she does not force views/opinions or specific techniques on me. Thank you!!

Aoife’s interest in massage therapy and natural healing began when she was 17. She attended night classes to learn massage. During each visit, Aoife draws on aspects of her extensive training to create a treatment that is specific to your unique needs in that moment in time. A massage with Aoife blends western anatomical knowledge and techniques with eastern understanding of the body-mind relationship with the aim of creating an all-encompassing therapy session. Visits can be deeply relaxing, stress-reductive, and effective at releasing mental and physical tension, restoring you to feeling your  best.

Aoife was brilliant, I went in with a broken back and came out with a new one! I even had a lovely conversation with her! 5 stars! 🙂

In 2005, Felipe decided to turn his interest in health into a full-time profession. This in turn led him to travel to India and Thailand, where over a three-year period, he studied several courses in Ayurvedic Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Royal Thai Massage, and Acupressure Lines. These courses were the basis of his knowledge within the area of manual therapy.

Upon his return to Ireland, he studied Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy at the National Training Centre in Dublin. During this course, he learned how to treat soft tissue and muscular injuries in a safe and effective way. Simultaneously, he also completed a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology in the Walmer Holistic Centre.

Currently, he is completing a certificate course in Japanese acupressure in the Shiatsu College, Dublin.

His interest in the field of holistic health and healing arose from his personal experience with an injury to the cruciate ligaments in his knee, which led him to his own path of healing. Felipe has the desire to put all his experience in the field of physical therapies to use, to help other people to have a healthy and productive life.

Excellent, Felipe is a true professional. He was able to describe the different muscles, why they are a certain way and give recommendations on how to correct for the imbalance I was experiencing.

Karen found herself in the healing industry because her mum suffers from arthritis. While searching for an effective treatment, Karen discovered that massage treatments can help manage and sometimes alleviate the pain that comes with it. She was drawn to massage from that moment on!

Karen loves her practice and immensely enjoys doing her utmost to relieve the knots and  tension within a person’s body. Be it sore muscles from working out, bad posture, on-going repetitive strains, or looking after a person’s mental health by helping them de-stress, Karen loves taking care of her clients.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs. She feels a therapist gives a treatment in the manner in which they’d wish to receive one. On that note, Karen uses strong pressure while searching for areas of held tension and often closes a session with a relaxing calming head massage.  She leaves her clients rebalanced and easeful, setting them up for a great day and an even better, deep and peaceful sleep that night.

Karen is always the best!!!

Lenka is from Slovakia and has lived in Ireland for over 10 years. She became a massage therapist in 2012 having studied in both Ireland and Thailand. She likes to keep learning new techniques and studies multiple times a year in professional workshops.

Lenka believes that everyone can benefit from proper pelvic alignment and after addressing that, she tailors her sessions to each person’s needs to ease their aches. Her favourite type of work would be on the head, neck, shoulders, tummy, and feet.

As office workers spend most of their time at the desk or over their laptops, it is beneficial to work the hips, chest, and neck first which can be both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Lenka likes to give her clients the choice to end with a sense of calm relaxation or with quick, wakeful movements to boost their energy.

During her spare time she is kitesurfing when the wind conditions are suitable. She also likes to keep fit or at home likes to cook, and bake healthy foods.

I’m pleased to say that the feedback from those employees who did attend today was excellent and Lenka was kept very busy for sure.

Swedish Massage

Peter was born in Hungary and he has been exploring the science of body, mind and spirit since he was 18 years old. He trained at Medical Vocational Training and Further Training Institute. He trained and qualified in Swedish, sport, deep tissue and holistic massage therapy in Hungary in 2004. He discovered quite soon his talent for holistic bodywork. He began to study the ancient culture and healing systems of India, such as Ayurvedic medicine. He holds a Diploma in Ayurveda & Panchakarma from the School of Ayurveda, Anjali Ayurvedic Research Centre, Kannur, Kerala State, South India.

He began his practice in Hungary and then a few years later he moved to Ireland where he had the opportunity to work with great doctors and therapists by participating in the Hippocrates 7 Day Life Change Program as one of their main massage therapists.

Peter believes that each of us possess a unique and distinctive complex of emotions, thoughts, and physical structure; therefore it is essential to tailor each session to each customer’s unique needs. In his work, consultation plays a key role in mapping out the client’s health history and developing an understanding of their condition. His talent is to trace painful symptoms to their true origin by working on the body as a whole instead of overly focusing on a single area. He has the ability to relieve even chronic pain and treat various kinds of back pain, muscular tension, tight hamstrings, headache, neck pain, and other common athletic ailments.

Peter has spent the last 13 years deepening his knowledge of holistic therapies. His main objective is to enhance his treatments and support his customers in achieving optimal levels of health by offering as much education, encouragement, and compassion as he can.

It was very helpful to understand where the pain on the left side of my body was coming from and to know it could be improved. The environment was very pleasant and relaxing.
