On Site Chair Massage

A unique massage covering the back, neck and shoulders

On-site chair massage is over the clothes and requires no oils so it is both easy and convenient to use. It typically only takes 15 minutes (you decide). So instead of taking that coffee break, simply relax into our specially designed chair and let one of our highly skilled massage therapists look after you. You will then experience a unique massage covering the back, neck and shoulders using a blend of traditional massage, acupressure and shiatsu techniques giving your body and mind a well deserved break.

For chair massage, we only need a little bit of space maybe a spare office, a free corner in an open plan environment or the back of the room at a conference.  

Table Massage

Full-body massage performed on a professional massage table.

Table massage is therapeutic bodywork done by an accredited therapist on a massage table. The client is generally unclothed while modestly draped with a sheet. This massage covers the head, neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs, hands and feet and is done with the use of oil or massage cream.

Mindwell can set up a treatment room in your business for a regular table massage programme and provide all the equipment, oils and towels necessary,  a towel cleaning service and even a customised booking and payment system if you need it. 

Reflexology

Reflexology: Restorative foot therapy that calms the nervous system and rebalances the body.

Mindwell offers reflexology treatments.

What happens during a reflexology session?

The reflexologist will work on your feet, or hands if necessary, noting any problem areas.
You may experience some discomfort — this is an indication of congestion or imbalance in a corresponding part of the body. In general, the experience will be pleasant and relaxing.
