Pamela is the General Manager and Business Development Manager for Mindwell At Work. She began her career in the family business running the office for six years. She then returned to education, studying stress management, which grew into a passion for helping others. Pamela set up her own Wellness Centre, transforming a derelict building into a thriving local business. Working as a massage therapist herself, for over fifteen years has given Pamela an insight into the working life of a therapist and helps her to better manage the thirty plus massage team in Mindwell. She holds a Major Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership from UCD. Pamela believes that she is one of the lucky ones, she loves her work!
Our Management Team
Marcelo is the Client Manager for Mindwell at Work, working onsite with the therapists, dealing with any client issues at source. He has also been working as a Massage Therapist himself for more than a decade in clinics, as well as with different football teams in Spain. He believes each body has the innate capability to heal itself, and uses an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind on its own. With compassion and careful listening, he works to make each session on his table meaningful for your life that day.
Ali is the Operations Manager for Mindwell at Work and works closely with Pam and Marcelo in the day to day running of all of their events and massage programs for their various clients. She has a background in retail and marketing, where she helped to organise and supervise up to 250 weekly demonstrations nationwide. Ali lived and worked in Paris for 8 years and speaks fluent French. She designed and taught her own French course, is a passionate francophile and also loves to travel. She enjoys meeting people and supporting them to reduce their stress levels at work.
